Agency Maison is a mobile-first platform designed to support a high-touch hospitality and concierge business that manages complex client engagements, bookings, and communications. The product needed to reflect the brand’s premium positioning while simplifying how clients track bookings, communicate with the agency, and manage personal details. The core challenge was to translate a traditionally relationship-driven, offline service model into a polished digital experience without losing its sense of warmth, trust, and exclusivity.
Design Approach & Key Decisions
I focused on creating a calm, elegant interface that feels personal rather than transactional. Key decisions included a minimal color palette aligned with luxury branding, clear separation between core flows (Bookings, Chat, Profile), and content-first layouts that surface what matters most to users—upcoming events, travel details, and conversations. The booking experience was structured to handle multi-day, multi-location events with attachments and notes, while the in-app chat was designed as a central communication layer to reduce reliance on calls and emails.
Impact
The final experience made it significantly easier for clients to stay informed and engaged without constant back-and-forth, while giving the agency a scalable way to manage multiple clients simultaneously. The app strengthened Agency Maison’s premium digital presence, improved clarity around bookings and schedules, and reinforced trust by giving users a single, reliable place to manage their hospitality experience.
