WEEK 1
Discovery & scope
A one-page brief: who it's for, what it must do on day one, and what can wait. Agreed before any screens.
WEEKS 1–2
Design & prototype
Flows and screens in Figma on a small design system, so the build has fewer decisions left to guess.
WEEKS 2–6+
Build & test
Front end and back end, by me. AI speeds up the typing; every change is still read, tested and checked in the browser.
LAUNCH & RUN
Launch & run
Deployed with a pipeline, so every release goes out the same way. Then I stay on it: fixes and the next features.

I use AI coding tools, mainly Claude Code, to write and refactor code faster. Every change is still mine: I read it, run the tests and check it in the browser before it ships. AI speeds up the typing, not the judgement.
Yes. I'm based in Dubai and work with teams across the UAE, the GCC, India and the US. Most of the work happens over WhatsApp and video calls, so where you are rarely matters.
