Agency Maison, with over 30 years of expertise in holistic home management, offers tailored services such as Home Organization & Management and Virtual Executive Assistant Services. The goal of this project was to design a mobile application that bridges the gap between their clients and services, focusing on seamless communication, efficient appointment management, and an intuitive user experience.
Objective
The app was envisioned to enhance the client experience by simplifying interactions and improving organizational workflows. Key objectives included enabling real-time communication with assigned managers, providing clear and accessible appointment tracking, and creating a sleek, user-friendly interface for high-net-worth individuals.
User Research
To ensure the app aligned with the needs of Agency Maison's clientele, extensive research was conducted. This included interviews with clients to understand their expectations and pain points, workshops with the company’s team to map workflows, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation. Insights gained from this process were instrumental in shaping the app’s functionality and design.
Design Process
The design journey began with discovery and ideation, focusing on the unique requirements of high-end users. Wireframes and prototypes were created to visualize the app's layout and functionality, prioritizing simplicity and ease of use.
