Project Overview

Almacircle is a comprehensive platform designed to enhance alumni engagement through two distinct modules:

  • Emails: Facilitates the creation of email campaigns, design of templates, management of alumni contacts, and broadcasting of messages or notices via email.
  • Social Network: Enables administrators to post polls, announcements, posters, and other content to foster increased engagement and connectivity among alumni.
  • The platform aims to strengthen relationships between alumni and their alma mater by providing effective communication channels and interactive engagement opportunities.

Objective

The goal was to create an intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly platform that simplifies the admissions process for students and provides robust tools for management to handle and nurture leads effectively.

User Research

To understand the needs and pain points of our users, I conducted extensive research, including:

Ideation and Wireframing:
